Since 2021, Ms. McCray has had the privilege of serving as the County Attorney for Franklin County, North Carolina. In this role, she provides legal guidance to the Board of Commissioners, the County Manager, and various departments throughout the County. It’s a position that requires not just legal knowledge, but practical problem-solving, good judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
She has worked on everything from land use and zoning disputes to economic development deals, employment issues, contract negotiations, and public records requests.
