More Delays for Court - Consider Arbitration or Mediation

COVID cases are on the rise. The Governor has given us a curfew and the Chief Justice has shut our courts down for the second time this year. This means more delays as we try to move cases forward. It is more important now to work towards a settlement of your cases, because we do not know when we will be back to normal operations. This is a good time to consider mediation and arbitration. We can operate arbitration cases in a safe manner, including hearing the case through videoconferencing. If you would like to consider arbitration for your North Carolina family law case, we would be glad to help. Please contact us for more information.
