Franklin County courts are now open on a limited capacity. Only a small number of cases will be heard when the court rooms open, and this plan will remain in effect for the foreseeable future. This means that if your case requires a lengthy hearing, you will most likely not be heard for some time. We know from talking with the clerks, attorneys and judges that everyone recognizes the stress a continued delay causes, but the Courts are following the guidelines that are established by local health officials.
